Fees for the blueprints of a home consist of a design fee and a drafting fee:

The design fee is $749:
This includes 5 hours of meeting time and 10 hours of design work, which is sufficient time for most homes. If this time is exceeded the rate is $50/hr for each additional hour. The virtual tour of your home is included in our pricing.

The drafting fee is based on the following prices:
New Homes and Cottages: Main & Second Floors: $1.00 per square foot
Basements and Garages are included in the above price.
