Next is the preliminary design meeting. Arrange an appointment with BHCD and bring the lists in step #1, and the interior and exterior plans selected in step #2. We will discuss the lists and the selected plans to figure out the thoughts behind each of the items and to better understand your needs. Building materials will also be discussed at this meeting as they can affect the design of a home.

BHCD takes all the information from the preliminary design meeting and creates a floor plan and exterior view of your home.
