At the design meeting, we will show you the floor plans and explain the designs of your home or cottage. We look at the plans first in 2D and then we do a 3D virtual tour. This tour is a virtual walkthrough of the inside of the building, so you can see the kitchen, bathrooms and other rooms. This tour gives peace of mind because you are reviewing the finished building before you’ve invested into it. BHCD makes revisions to the plan until you are completely satisfied with the outcome.
