Once you officially approve the design, BHCD creates the working drawings (blueprints). You will be given a review set of the blueprints to confirm everything is exactly as you want it. Once approved, the final blueprints are printed. You will be given 10 copies to distribute to contactors, lumberyards and building officials. Final payment is due upon the exchange of blueprints.
