All plan sales are final, non-exchangeable, non-refundable.

Canadian residents will be charged 5% GST.

Your plans will be shipped via Canada Post within one week of receiving your order providing there are no changes. We will contact you regarding postage costs.

Please note on your order if you need the plans mirrored.

You will need to supply your own site plan to your municipal authority.
