All of BHCD’s plans are designed to meet or exceed the Canadian National Building Code and the code of the jurisdiction in which the building is being built (in Saskatchewan). This includes all property setbacks and architectural controls required by the municipality. Blueprints also include structure, construction types and exterior finishes for the contractor’s use in both bidding on and building your house.
